Processing Time

- Important Note: Return shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer. This means that if you decide to send a product back for any reason, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping it to us.

Orders
What if my order is missing, damaged, or incomplete?
If your package hasn’t shown up after you received the order update email from us, or it arrived with missing or damaged items, let us know within 5 days. Please include your order details and a description of the issue. Photos of what you received, the packing slip, barcode, and shipping label will help us sort things out faster.
How do I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we can make changes or cancel it. Reach out to us at hello@facebygreethel.com as soon as you can. Our team moves quickly, but we’ll do our best to catch your order in time.
How do I file a claim for a damaged package?
Hold onto all the original packaging and damaged items—don’t throw anything away until we’ve resolved your claim. We’ll need photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label to process it.

Issues reported after 5 days are considered outside of transit coverage.

No need to reach out to the shipping carrier—we’ll handle that part.
Once we approve your claim, we’ll process any refunds or replacements within 10 business days. Please note that service fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our terms.
