LED Therapy Neck & Decolletage Mask

Before using the LED Neck & Decolletage Mask, it is important to fully charge the battery.

• Unpack the LED Neck & Decolletage Mask and check off parts described in section “In the package you will find”.
• To charge the mask, connect the USB-C cable to the control panel. Insert the USB plug into a power adapter and then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
• When the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator on the screen will remain solid. The estimated charging time is approximately 4 hours.

Common Skin Reactions

Immediately after the treatment, the skin may appear red. This is a normal reaction, and the skin should return to normal within 1-2 hours.

You must follow the instructions below before your first treatment session to see if you are light-sensitive:

• Secure the LED Neck & Decolletage Mask to your body, allowing the LEDs to deliver light directly to your skin.

• Turn the LED Neck & Decolletage Mask on (see the “Handling the device” section of the instructions) and wear it for 5 minutes. At any time, if your LED Neck & Decolletage Mask feels HOT or uncomfortable, STOP using the device immediately.

• Wait for 24 hours, then try again.

• If you experience pain, discomfort, or redness that lasts for more than 2 hours, you might be light-sensitive. Please consult with a medical professional for advice.

For best results, we recommend 10-25 minute sessions, 2-3 times per week with a 2-day break for a minimum of 12 weeks.

• To maintain results, we suggest 1-2 treatments per week, with each session lasting 15-20 minutes.

1. Wipe or wash your skin and allow it to dry naturally.

2. Connect the LED Neck & Decolletage Mask to the control panel.

3. The device turns on after holding the power button for about 2.5 seconds.

4. Select the desired color by pressing the M button. Red light (R), blue light (B), yellow light (Y), near-infrared (NIR)

5. Select the desired light intensity by pressing the E button. We recommend starting at a lower light intensity level and increasing it gradually. The higher the level of light intensity, the more energy is emitted.

6. Set the desired duration by pressing the T+ or T- button. Press “T-” to reduce the time of the procedure and press “T+” to increase the time of the procedure. The recommended time for one procedure is 10-25 minutes.

7. Press the NIR button to turn on or off near-infrared light.

8. Avoid looking directly at the light.

9. Put on the mask and secure it with the straps.

10. After the procedure, apply your normal skincare. Use sunscreen if you are doing the procedures in the morning.

11. Thoroughly clean the LED Neck & Decolletage Mask after use.

12. Repeat 10-25 minute procedures 2-3 times a week. When you see the result, reduce the frequency to 1-2 times per week.

• Moisturize: Apply a hydrating serum or moisturizer for dry skin.
• Sun Protection: Use SPF if heading outdoors, as your skin may be more sensitive to sunlight post-treatment.
• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to support your skin’s natural healing process.
• Avoid Harsh Products: Refrain from using strong exfoliants or active ingredients immediately after your session.
• Clean Your Device: Wipe the mask with a soft, damp cloth to keep it hygienic for your next use.

• Store away from high temperatures and moisture. Avoid storing the LED Neck & Decolletage Mask in dusty conditions, in direct sunlight, or in damp and humid conditions.
• Store the LED Therapy Face Mask at room temperature in a dry environment.
• Always adjust the mask using the head straps, never by pulling on the cable that connects the mask to the controller.
• Handle the device with care to prevent accidental damage.
• Avoid pulling, yanking, or bending the cable that connects the LED Therapy Face Mask to the control panel.
• Note: After cleaning, we recommend storing the device in its original box or the included storage pouch.

Cleaning

Ensure that the LED Therapy Face Mask is unplugged and turned off before cleaning. Then, clean the face area of the mask with a damp, soft cloth using a gentle, alcohol-free cleanser. Repeat the cleaning process until the mask is clean, then dry it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, harsh chemicals, or acidic cleaners, as they may damage the mask and affect its performance.
